Her name is Tenoh Haruka (Amara in the north American version) meaning 'Distant Heaven King'.  Her mother star is Uranus. 

Her secret identity is Sailor Uranus.  In her previous life she was a sailor scout who protected the silver millennium moon kingdom from invaders from outside the solar system.  She was also princess of Uranus, ruler of a castle named Miranda.

Her powers deal with Earth and Wind.

Her strengths are bluntness, car racing, running, physical strength.

Haruka is a solid, dedicated person, with convictions that out way her conscience or her desire to accomplish her dream.  She has a very competitive nature.  Haruka prefers to appear masculine, a 'tom boy' of sorts.  She loves to dress in male clothing, and loves to participate in very traditionally masculine sports.  She loves car and motor races, running, and the like.  No one can beat her in a race.  Although excellent at  physical sports, she has some musical talent as well.  She plays piano as a musical accompaniment to Michiru's violin.  Haruka has a lot of self confidence, and doesn't really care what others' opinions are of her (with Michiru as the one exception).  Although I am not sure where she gets these items, she possesses a nice car, motorcycle, and a helicopter.  She flies the helicopter on a few occasions when the need arises, in order to bring herself and others to a battle.  She is one of the older girls of the senshi group, and loves to both flirt with Usagi and give her advice.  The flirting is just innocent, of course, because Haruka's heart belongs to Michiru, but it still makes Usagi a little uncomfortable.  Haruka just likes Usagi's reaction (she likes to see her squirm, in my opinion).  Haruka is strong willed, and has a tendency to keep things to herself, save for Michiru, her partner.  As Sailor Uranus, she is very physically strong and solid.  When it comes to sacrificing innocents for their ultimate goal, she has agreed that it is necessary, and will stand by her decision with conviction.  But her caring shows through at times when her face betrays her concern for some of those she might have to sacrifice for the mission.  She sometimes agonizes over not helping when she could.  But, she always stands by Michiru, and gains strength from her conviction.  In summary, Haruka is a strong willed, competitive, and masculine woman who loves sports, flirting, and being with Michiru.
